A Geek's Guide to Christmas (or how to find gifts for your geek friends)

It's that time of year again--Thanksgiving is just a few short days away, which marks the beginning of the Christmas hustle and bustle. I know how stressful it can be to find presents for everyone on your list, which is why I've made a list to help you. If you are shopping for the geek in your life, you've come to the right place.

Who doesn't like The Avengers? Well, DC lovers, I suppose, but if your geek does like Marvel, why not get them this adorable set of The Avengers made out of perler beads!

Subatomicdeathkitten Designs, $20

Now, you likely have some friends and family who love Tolkien and his The Lord of the Rings series, even if they're not that geeky. If they're into miniatures as much as I am, they'll love this miniature terrarium of the Baggins' Hobbit-hole.

Face of the Earth, $275

Speaking of LOTR, if you have a geeky friend with a recent newborn, consider gifting The One Ring teething ring.

Treehouse Illustrator, $17

Do you have a friend that LOVES the Harry Potter series? Do they have some extra wall space that could use an awesome decoration? Check out this Leaky Cauldron Pub sign! While you're there, check out some of the other universes in their shop--they have everything from The Princess Bride to Star Wars to Firefly!

Curio Obscurio, $49

If you're looking for a stocking-stuffer, try a trinket from this shop--this one's a cute little 20-sided die!

Dorky Dino, $7

Now, I know what you're thinking, "What if I'm looking for someone who plays video games?" I have just the thing for the gamer who loves Assassin's Creed. What gamer wouldn't want a hoodie like this, even if they don't play Assassin's Creed!

ARTTER, $72

It's a stereotype that nerds don't always...smell that good all of the time. It's much too tacky and tasteless to actually buy them soap, but what if there was a way to give them soap and have them love it? If they aren't fans of Xbox, not to worry, they have other game station controllers, too.

Digitalsoaps, $16

Finally, I must add one item from my shop to this list. If you're shopping for a Star Wars fan, look no further than this adorkable plush doll set made from felt. I also have plushies from Doctor WhoThe Hunger GamesThe Big Bang Theory, and SO many other universes!

Drowsy Aurora, $76

I hope you've enjoyed my list and have been inspired to find gifts for your geeky friends! Remember to shop early from sellers who hand-make items so that you'll receive them in time!
